  1. Preheat oven to 355 degrees F. Grease your baking dish. Round or square both work.
  2. Combine in your mixing bowl the eggs, vanilla, butter and sugar. Beat on high for about 2-3 minutes, or until fluffy.
  3. Add the flour and baking powder, alternating with the milk. Mix well. Add the lemon zest.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool. Decorate as desired and enjoy 🙂
