This is my first blog and I couldn’t be more excited. I love food, learning about food and trying new foods. I’m no pro chef, but I enjoy eating a well put together dish. If you browse around my site you will find recipes I’ve put together, some handed down, some tweeked and some of my favs on here. This is my on-line cook book that only the good recipes make it on. Spicy Kale Caesar Salad
- 1 head of kale, washed and chopped
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- juice from half a lemon
- 1 egg yolk
- salt & pepper to taste
- tsp hot sauce (more for spicier)
- tsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp fresh parmesan cheese, grated
- tbsp hemp seeds
