Black Bean brownies? You’d have never known. Sweets don’t have to be packed with sugar to satisfy. These are clean, healthy, packed with fibre, and only 1/4 cup coconut sugar in the whole batch! So dig in!

  1. And my fav part, they’re easy peasy. All you need is a food processor. Add all the ingredients in except the nuts and chocolate chips and mix well. They should combine nicely.
  2. Hand mix in the macadamia nuts and chocolate chips.
  3. Spread batter out on lined baking dish and bake in the over for 18 minutes at 375 degrees
  4. That’s it! My kids love to spread Nutella on top (who doesn’t), but to keep it vegan you can use vegan chocolate for that and in the batter.
  5. Enjoy!
