We rarely incorporate all our recipes into breakfast (unless your having a Pumpkin Spiced Latte), but this one is a must try. It is quite the hit with the kids and perfect when hosting any brunch over the Holiday Season. It’s the traditional Halloween Breakfast at our place!

- Blend all ingredients together (I use my Vitamix Blender – you can blend the ingredients in here and then pour onto the pan).
- Heat pan and grease with butter.
- Pour out pancakes to your desired sizes. Flip as you would regular pancakes!
My kids love these topped with fruit and blueberry syrup. They’re a healthy start to the morning and are protein packed, too!
