We rarely incorporate all our recipes into breakfast (unless your having a Pumpkin Spiced Latte), but this one is a must try. It is quite the hit with the kids and perfect when hosting any brunch over the Holiday Season. It’s the traditional Halloween Breakfast at our place!

  1. Blend all ingredients together (I use my Vitamix Blender – you can blend the ingredients in here and then pour onto the pan).
  2. Heat pan and grease with butter.
  3. Pour out pancakes to your desired sizes. Flip as you would regular pancakes!
  4. Enjoy!



My kids love these topped with fruit and blueberry syrup. They’re a healthy start to the morning and are protein packed, too!
