Mmmmm….so good, so easy. These are a simple but delicious cookie. And you can shape them however you like.

My favorite is making them for Easter. Instead of rolling them into small rounds, simply shape them like your making cookies. Lay them flat on the baking sheet press your thumb into them. The indent should be deep enough to hold a few Cadbury Mini eggs. This one is the cutest Easter treat/snack/craft. If you are doing it this way, keep out the white chocolate chips. Otherwise it’s too sweet.

  1. Mix the ingredients together.
  2. Roll into tiny balls.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15-20 mins or until golden brown on top.
